​​Get Involved! Have A Voice! Become A Member!

We encourage everyone to become members of our great P&C! It is by far the best way to get involved and keep up-to-date! After all, this is what a P&C is all about - having a forum to have a voice!

Don't Panic! By becoming a member you are not obliged to attend meetings or volunteer, although you are always welcome to. Becoming a member simply means that you will receive an email each month with the minutes after meetings, and it also gives you the right to vote and contribute at meetings should you wish to do so.

• Membership forms are available from the Office, on top of the Yellow Box in the Office.

We encourage our membership to include a balance of interested persons over the age of 18 including:

• parents of current students,
• interested members of the community (citizens), and
• staff members of the school.

HAVE A VOICE & GET INVOLVED!

• Meeting Minutes: P&C members get the minutes from each general meeting emailed to them! This is by far the best way to keep up-to-date with all the events/info! Please complete our membership form and return it to the Yellow Box in the Office or emailing pandc@woombyess.eq.edu.au

• Website: A fabulous tool for parents to keep up-to-date with what is happening within the P&C committee and school as a whole.
•  QSchools App: Download the app to keep up-to-date! Please contact us if you need help with this.
•  Facebook: LIKE our "Woombye State School P&C Association" Facebook page.

•  Notes Sent Home: e.g. Tuckshop menu, uniform pricelist, upcoming events, fundraising calendar.

•  The P&C Yellow Box: Pop your suggestions, feedback etc in the box with with your name or anonymously.

All-Year-Round Fundraisers:

1. Kawana Rebel​​ Sports: A percentage of sales comes back to the school. Please let them know you are from Woombye State School when shopping there!
