In addition to weekly class music lessons for every student, Woombye State School offers extra-curricular music programs for interested students. These are all held in our state-of the-art Music Facility with modern classroom and sound proof teaching studio.

Instrumental Music:

Woombye State School is a part of the Sunshine Coast North instrumental music program and offer free weekly lessons to interested students:

Students are selected to participate after an extensive recruitment program, and access instrument tuition in small groups during school class time on a withdrawal basis. They also attend an ensemble rehearsal before school at their playing level.
