“A Tribute to Mr T.”
“As we mourn over a father, a husband, a community member and friend, we respect that he did even more. More than we should of before. This man, this beautiful, lovely strong man, gave his whole entire life not for himself but for every other soul in this universe.
Others may not realise what this great man did, but as the word spreads of his tragic death, we begin to open our eyes and see what this fantastic soul has done for everyone in need of support, health or just someone to talk to.
For those who knew Allan, as family or a close friend, you would have loved the way he shared, he cared and how much of a pro he was on a surfboard. You would also know what he did to help the world in any possible way he could.
For the students, parents, teachers and other community members, you would have known this man as Mr T, the Church Chaplain of Woombye and Palmwwods state schools, a past principal of Suncoast Christian College. If anyone needed someone to talk to, he would always stop whatever he was doing and listen. He would give up his own time for all of us. He was a great man.
When he did, he died physically, not mentally. His life still remains in our best memories, his spirit is always in our deepest thoughts, but more importantly, his soul remains in our hearts, however much shattered they are, he will heal them.
Allan will live always in our hearts, as friend or family or as a man who devoted his life to help others. As he watches down on us from the heavens above, a single star will shine brighter than the rest, at that moment, we will see a true hero has fallen, but will still be with us forever”.
Dedicated to the passing of Allan and Kari, friends to all.
